Meet our staff:

Humberto Sarquis A native of Argentina, Umberto brought his family to Canada in the 80's. He has been with us since 1992 as a valuable member of our service team. He is an expert on mechanical, complicated movements. Humberto has over the years attended special training for Hublot, Patek Philippe and Ulysse Nardin watches.

Lin Li Lin came to us about 7 years ago from Shanghai, China. She is an expert on all types of watches, both mechanical and quartz. Lin has recently completed the Patek Philippe and Maurice Lacroix specialized training courses. She is also one of our Polar specialists.

Si Guang Luo A native of VietNam, Si Guang joined us about 8 years ago after several years in China. He services most types of watches, as well as Polar heart rate monitors.

Warren Kwong A true veteran. Warren services every type of movement, including perpetual calendars. The more complex, the better!

Quang Tran A Native of China, Quang spent many years in VietNam, before coming to Canada. He is our longest serving technician. Quang services primarily older, complex watches and is our expert refinisher. When is refinishes with your watch, it will look better than new! He is also one of that rare breed who can service ATMOS clocks!

Lisa Luo Lisa has many years of experience on a variety of watches, both mechanical and quartz; as well as mechanical chronographs.

Shirley Mak One of our recent additions to our staff. Shirley has many years of experience servicing all types of watches.

Mihran Ouzounian Mihran has been servicing watches for well over 30 years. He has worked for some of the most famous names in the industry. He repairs mostly complex mechanical movements.

Edmond Lam Edmond has been repairing watches for many years; he specializes in the more complex quartz movements and also mechanical watches.
